Do you have a clearly defined business goals and strategies?  Believe it or not, a lot of business owners and executives don’t have these.  Instead, they want some level of improvement, but don’t have clarity on what this improvement could be. The issue with this is that if you aim at nothing, then that’s what you’ll get … nothing!

Effective business goals, strategies, and plans are essential to your continued business growth.  These provide direction for the business, milestones to achieve, and help align employee’s focus. 

At Tony Meredith Coaching, we work with business owners, CEOs, and Executives to help them create them their business goals, strategies, and plans. 

Our process begins with the creation of goals, by starting with the end in mind.  What are the goals that you want to achieve across all areas of your business? This is a blue-sky process designed to encourage broad contribution, without limits.

These goals are prioritised, and then run through the SMART Goal Setting lens. SMART is an acronym of a popular goals model that stands for: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timed.      

It’s also important to understand the current situation within and surrounding the business. Conducting a SWOT analysis is a valuable process to ascertain what’s working and where the opportunities are.  SWOT is an acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats.   

Now the end point has been determined, and the current situation has been detailed, we then assist you to develop strategies and plans to bridge the gap between what you want and where you are today. GAP is an Acronym for Goal Achievement Plan.

These Strategy and Business Planning sessions can be held over one or two days, and are most effective when done in person.
