One of the first things I did when I started with Tony Meredith Coaching was to run through my Goals, establishing yearly, 6 monthly, 3 monthly, and monthly goals. We sat down and wrote them all out. We worked on the tasks required to achieve each of these goals. We also worked on my purpose and why do I want to achieve these goals?
I had tried doing goal setting by myself in the past and haven’t been able to stick to them. I’ve set New Year’s resolutions and haven’t been able to stick to them. I’m finding this time, meeting Tony on a monthly basis, having someone that makes you accountable to the things you need to do makes it much more achievable to get your goals. I highly recommend going through goals setting exercise with Tony in a formal sense.
