Our Head Coach, Tony Meredith possesses extensive corporate business experience, having worked for some of the world’s largest companies, across various industries. During his time with these companies, he has been involved in sales, strategy, leadership, marketing, commercial and human resources.  As a result, TMC deeply understands the entire end-to-end process of business and can develop tailored strategies that will deliver the sales growth you’re looking for.

Being a SME owner can be tough going, filled with obstacles, and, at times, is a lonely role.  One of the goals of TMC is to transfer the knowledge from large corporations to SME, as well as providing direction, support, and accountability to the SME owner.

Along with corporate experience, Tony has personally run four businesses, although not always successfully. Tony’s first business venture was a failed ice cream café in 2004, where he lost thousands of dollars.  Whilst initially this was a negative, Tony eventually opened up to taking the valuable lessons from this experience, which he incorporates into his teachings today.  Quite often in business it’s the failures that become our greatest teacher.  In addition, if you’re not making mistakes then you’re not trying hard enough.
