Tony Meredith Coaching (TMC) specialises in helping you grow your existing business exponentially or start the business that you’ve always wanted to.  Operating since 2017, TMC has helped hundreds of business owners achieve their objectives.

The growth and transformation experienced by TMC clients is outstanding and transcends every facet of their lives, not only business.  At TMC, we believe a healthy life can lead to a healthy business, just as much as a healthy business has positive effects on life.

Depending on the size and requirements of your business, TMC Business Coaching can focus on leadership and culture, through to sales, profits, systems, time management, and scaling.

75% of Business Success comes from your Mindset

In order to be a success in business you need the following key ingredients: 10% knowledge, 15% skills, and 75% mindset. In the majority of cases you already have a good base level of knowledge and skills about your business, therefore TMC comes in and fill in the gaps. These two components are easier to teach when compared to Mindset.

Mindset is made up of your thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and psychology. It’s the stories that you keep telling yourself. The TMC methodology is to start with the mindset of the business owner, then determine the appropriate strategy for success. Your drive and determination to keep pushing forward in the face of adversity will ensure successful business results.

Meet The TMC Team

Our Head Coach, Tony Meredith possesses extensive corporate business experience, having worked for some of the world’s largest companies, across various industries. During his time with these companies, he has been involved in sales, strategy, leadership, marketing, commercial and human resources. As a result, TMC deeply understands the entire end-to-end process of business and can develop tailored strategies that will deliver the sales growth you’re looking for.

Being a SME owner can be tough going, filled with obstacles, and, at times, is a lonely role. One of the goals of TMC is to transfer the knowledge from large corporations to SME, as well as providing direction, support, and accountability to the SME owner.

Along with corporate experience, Tony has personally run four businesses, although not always successfully. Tony’s first business venture was a failed ice cream café in 2004, where he lost thousands of dollars.

Tony’s first business venture was a failed ice cream café in 2004, where he lost thousands of dollars. Whilst initially this was a negative, Tony eventually opened up to taking the valuable lessons from this experience, which he incorporates into his teachings today. Quite often in business it’s the failures that become our greatest teacher. In addition, if you’re not making mistakes then you’re not trying hard enough.
